- To know how to file a complaint and receive information on the grievance redressal process.
- To be informed in advance of the estimated cost of your treatment.
- To access your clinical records upon request.
- To know the names of your treating doctors and nurses and to be informed of your care plan and progress.

- Be courteous towards other patients, visitors, healthcare providers, and staff members.
- Share accurate personal details and complete medical history, including past illnesses, surgeries, medications, and allergies.
- Keep your medical records accessible for better coordination of care.
- Follow the treatment plan advised by your doctor and cooperate with healthcare personnel.
- Inform your doctor if you have any concerns or difficulties following the prescribed treatment.
- Monitor your own health progress and report any changes promptly.
- Be punctual for your appointments or inform the hospital in advance if you're unable to attend.
- Understand and fulfill your financial responsibilities for the services received, including providing updated insurance details where applicable.
- Take responsibility for the impact of your lifestyle choices on your health.
- Abide by hospital policies such as No Smoking and Visitor Regulations.
- Understand that patients requiring urgent or emergency care may be prioritized by doctors.
- Respect the hospital’s efforts to ensure your privacy and confidentiality at all times.
